It is the guest’s responsibility to check the confirmation and to ensure that your arrival and departure dates are correct. The reservation applies to both the booking office as soon as the guest registration fee or all the rent is paid.

You must pay the price that is billed to your booking, plus or minus ev. changes to taxes or other unforeseen expenses that occurred after the price list printing. Payment shall be made to the booking office by the dates shown on the invoice.

If we have not received the registration fee in time, your order will be canceled. Note that no payment reminder will be sent out. If you fail to pay the final payment of the booking, so this also counts as a cancellation on your part, and you have to pay the cancellation costs as stated in the Special Conditions.

You must cancel in writing to the booking office. Cancellations made to anyone other than to the, from your confirmation is displayed, do not count. Upon cancellation rules apply to special conditions. The cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to arrival.
 The cancellation is not valid until you have received a written cancelation.

You can buy at the time of booking cancellation insurance for 300 SEK/cottage/apartment to protect you against unforeseen events, and then the following applies: Cancellation Insurance is purchased as a separate insurance policy, and never refunded. The rules also apply to group or school trip.

The above rules apply if canceled in the following cases:

  • Death, illness or serious accident that affected you, husband / wife, partner, family or fellow travelers.
  • Called in to serve in the armed forces or civil defense.
  • Serious events beyond your control and can not be foreseen at the time of booking.

You have to prove your status with a certificate from such physicians, government or insurance companies. The certificate must be received no later than one week after the date of cancellation.

Remember that you pay on invoice, and not with your credit card, it means that the credit card cancellation insurance does not apply.

If we do not provide the cottage / flat in the promised condition and at the right time, and is not able to offer you another similar alternative, you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive compensation less of it you have already used.

AS AGENT WE obliged to ensure:

  • You will receive written confirmation of your booking to the emailadress you used for your account.
  • Purchased agree with the description. We are not responsible for promises made by the owner or his representative may have made directly to you without our knowledge.
- You are informed of any significant changes that affect your booking.
  • You can use the cottage/flat from at. Agreed date of arrival to 15:00 pm. 10:00 departure, unless otherwise agreed.
  • You need to care of the cottage / flat and follow the rules that apply. You are responsible for all charges. damage that occurs to the apartment / cottage and its contents by you or someone in your party’s negligence.
  • You may not use the cottage / apartment for anything other than what was agreed upon booking, and you must not allow more people to stay overnight in the home, than you stated on booking.
  • If self-catering without maid service, it is your responsibility to clean properly before departure. Missed or poor cleaning will be charged with a fee of 2000 – 5000 SEK.
  • Violation smoke and pet ban charged with a fee of 2000 – 5000 SEK.
  • Minimum age for at least one person in your party is 18.

Holiday cottages are self-catering. Cleaning, linen, cot / chair not included in price unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Complaints about the cottage / apartment must be presented to us as soon as possible but no later 11:00 am the day after arrival. Errors that occur during your stay must be reported immediately so that we get a chance to correct the problem. We also need the complaints in writing to our management.

– If we can not agree, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Complaints. It consists of an independent chairperson and representatives of travel agents and consumers. The address is: PO Box 523, 161 15 Vällingby.

Registration fee:

  • 
When booking more than 40 days before arrival, the amount deducted at the final payment.
  • Home / Apartment: 1000 per week rented / object.
  • Tour/group / excursion: SEK 200 per person.

Final Payment is due 40 days before arrival. When booking more than 40 days prior to arrival, the full amount is due immediately.

SEK 300 per cabin / apartment.
100 SEK per person at group- or schooltrip.
Expedition Cost 350 SEK.

With cancellation insurance (purchased at time of booking) and valid certificate: 

If canceled we retain the cancellation + a handling fee of 350 SEK.

Without cancellation insurance:
Homes and apartments:
For cancellation more than 40 days prior to arrival, we keep the entry fee of 1000 SEK. From 40 days – to arrival date- 100% per item.

Group or school trip:
40 days – 24 hours. prior to arrival – 50% per person. 24 h later, and prior to arrival – 100% per person.

Ski passes, ski equipment, final cleaning, linen and cot / chair can be canceled up to day before arrival and refunded in full.

All cancellations must be booking venue no later than 24 hours before the trip would have begun.

At least five ski runs and 20 km of cross country trails will be useable. If not, we will refund the cost of unused days of purchased ski passes and accommodation booked through Hamrafjällets Lift AB. 
We reserve the right to legislative changes, price changes and printing errors which are beyond our control.
